Having received the coat I was most disappointed to discover there was a fault down the front of one side where the lining seemed to have been caught up with the front of the coat itself.This is quite a major fault and surely should have been spotted by your quality control.This is the second coat I have returned over the last months which also had a fault. I don’t think I will be ordering any more of your coats.
