OUR RETURNS PROMISE

We are happy to refund any unsuitable, unworn items within the 30-day return period. Returned items must be presented in original condition accompanied by the relevant receipt. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

Exclusions.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer you a refund for the following items:

• Earrings
• Pantyhose
• Face Masks
• Lingerie
• Swimwear (where the hygiene strip has been removed)

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to such items if they are faulty or damaged when you receive them (see below) or if they are items that you have been sent in error. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Care team.

Cancellation Right.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days, starting from the day after the goods are received. We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, any paid delivery charge. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery (as permitted by law).
