INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

• 25ml Sacred Sloe Gin
• 2ml Sacred Gin
• 1/4 red plum, muddled
• 25ml passion fruit puree
• 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 1/2 passion fruit

YOU WILL NEED

• Cocktail shaker and strainer
• Spoon and knife
• Chilled coupe glasses

METHOD

• 1. Mash a quarter of a plum in a cocktail shaker with the back of a spoon.
• 2. Spoon Add the rest of the ingredients, then give it a good shake.
• 3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with 1/2 a passion fruit to garnish.
