"While working from home, I always make time to get away from my screen, grab my dog and walk in the fresh air. I throw on comfy sculpting jeans, a stripey jumper and my shower resistant trench coat in case I get caught in a shower. Near to my house is a beautiful 15th century church, which I love strolling around or pausing for a moment nearby. It gives me a chance to clear my head, especially during a busy day!"

"It’s been so important for me to walk every day, it’s a simple form of mindfulness that helps me declutter my mind. I usually walk around my neighbourhood in Islington and even after a year I’m still finding new beautiful tree-lined streets or public gardens. At the moment, I tend to wear a mix of smart and casual clothing – perfect to take me from a Zoom meeting to my daily stroll."

"I adore walking but with lockdown it’s been essential for me as a new mum to get out in the fresh air. Walking resets the system, it’s good for our health and mental wellbeing. Seeing changes in nature over this time has given me more of an appreciation for our environment and it's given me so much joy. My favourite park is the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew. For me, dressing for a walk has to be practical and comfortable which is why I love this look."

"Going on long walks has become a part of my routine during lockdown. One of my favourite areas to walk is central London. It's such a unique experience to see it completely void of tourists. I usually start in Notting Hill, then head over to Holland Park. Blossom trees are starting to bloom which is exciting! When it comes to outfits, comfort is key. Jeans and trainers are my go-to, and until the weather warms up I'll be pairing them with this spring wool coat."
