We're pleased to let you know we've reopened several Hobbs stores and are gradually opening more. For your safety, comfort and peace of mind, we've just made a few changes to your shopping experience. Find out more below.

STAY SAFE, SHOP SMART

While our stores have been closed, we've been working hard to get them ready for when we reopen. Following government advice and doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our team and you. So when you visit us, we will be ensuring that:

  • The store team have been thoroughly trained on keeping themselves and customers safe.
  • Gloves and face masks are provided for the team to use if they wish.
  • High hygiene levels are maintained through increased cleaning and the use of antiviral products, especially in key areas such as store till points.
  • A host is present at the front door to advise you on safety precautions and to maintain a safe number of people in store.
  • A 2m distance between people is maintained.
  • Hand sanitiser is readily available.
  • Garments that have been returned will be steam cleaned before placing back on the shop floor.
  • Card payment is used when possible.

Available virtually or in person in your store of choice, we are here to help you with a variety of wardrobe solutions. EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY

To allow you to shop with confidence, we have extended our returns policy for the festive season. Any purchase made, either in store or online, between 31st October and 24th December 2020 can be returned for a full refund (or our stores can offer an exchange service if preferred) up until 28th January 2021. CLICK & COLLECT AVAILABLE

Shop the way that suits you. With Click & Collect, you can have your order delivered free of charge to one of our reopened branches. We can even drop it to your car if you'd feel safer. Find out more about delivery options here.
