Is delivery free?
We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £150.
All Click & Collect for UK customers orders are free.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UK and Ireland, as well as over 200 international locations. Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.
How do I track my order? (UK)
You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email (please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to go live) or you can use our order tracking page. If your parcel is being delivered by Hermes (most of our parcels are) then you will receive updates from them on the day of delivery giving you a 2 hour delivery slot and the option to divert your parcel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM? (UK)
We will arrange delivery of each of your items in the quickest manner possible. This may mean that your order arrives in multiple parcels by multiple carriers.

What if my order is delayed?
We always aim to deliver your order within timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.
What if my order was dispatched, but never arrived?
If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please click here, scroll down, and click on "Contact Us" button to open the investigation.
What if I didn't receive a dipatch confirmation email?
It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for shipping. Once your order ships, you should be sent an auto-email containing tracking information. However, if you haven't received such email after 4 business days, please click here, scroll down, and click on "Contact Us" button to open the investigation. If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit, you will be issued a full refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may track your order by using the Global-e shipping portal by clicking here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?
Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.
