Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of posting for returns to
be received by our distribution centre and processed. Our customer care
team are unable to investigate your return until the 14th working day has
passed. You will be notified by email once the return is actioned and can
expect the refund within 3-5 working days of receiving this. If you have
not been notified and 14 working days have passed, we would suggest
contacting us on webchat. Please note you will be asked to provide proof of
postage.
